Castrol needed an identity created for their Partner For Life programme. This initiative is designed specifically for automotive service providers, offering a range of exclusive benefits. Members gain access to special promotions, online training to effectively use and promote Castrol products and opportunities to offer customers extended engine warranties. The programme helps partners attract new customers, strengthen existing relationships, and ultimately build greater trust and loyalty through the power of the Castrol brand.

The identity was created to visually express the strength of the partnership, drawing inspiration from Castrol’s high-performance motor fluids, a symbol of endurance, precision and reliability.

The mini-launch campaign brought this concept to life through the aspirational imagery and the tagline, Building partnerships that go the distance, reinforcing the message of longevity with a partner who will share the journey ahead.

The result, participating workshops and mechanics reported substantial increases in customer volume, with some experiencing more than triple the number of customers.
